Not really updating here much lately...
Greetings, everyone!
As you may have noticed, I haven't updated this blog in a while. That's not to say I never will again, just not at the moment. In the mean time, I'm doing a semi-regular audio blog over on tumblr.com, which you can find here: http://zaranyzerak.tumblr.com
And of course regular Multimedia Chronicles episodes over on my YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/zaranyzerak
To keep up with all the latest goings on in the World of Zaranyzerak, my website is probably the best place to start as it acts as a "central hub" for all my current web activity: http://www.zaranyzerak.com

A Cataloging We Will Go...
At long last, I sat down and cataloged my entire DVD/Blu-ray collection. Thanks to my good friend Geo (http://geeoh19.blogspot.com) pointing the way, I used a MUCH better site this time around. Not only does it load much faster than amazon's page, but it also gives you the total DISC COUNT of your collection. Which is something I've been kinda curious about since I have so many TV show and cartoon multi-disc sets.
Anyhoo, if you'd like to check it out, you can find it in the links on the side or if that's too much effort you can just click here: http://zaranyzerak.dvdaf.com/owned

Five Awesome Studs Dance Challenge - Zaranyzerak Dances His Ass Off
The Z-Man is BACK, baby! With an epic answer to Gabe and Wetmovie's "Dance Like an Idiot" Challenge.
You know me, I gotta go that extra mile...or at least dance the equivalent of a mile around my living room for the sake of your perverse enjoyment. Never let it be said I've never suffered for my art!
Raided some awesome creative commons music sites for all the rad tunes in this one. Whoever said that creative commons stuff sucks...is an idiot.

Being a Lifelong Transformers Fan
A very special video I put together as my own personal celebration of the 25th Anniversary of everyone's favorite transforming robots!
Sit back, relax and enjoy as I pull all my old G1 toys out of storage to show 'em off, and wax nostalgic about what Transformers has meant to me over the years...
Special thanks to Shout Factory and Hasbro for their feedback, suggestions and all around awesomeness during the production of this video!

ExoSquad - On DVD AT LAST!!!
One of my Holy Grails of animated shows, ExoSquad has finally seen the light of day on DVD! Let's take a look...
Bond. Blu Bond. Wave 2 of the James Bond Blu-ray Steelbooks!
DVD and Blu-ray update time! This time around, I show the latest James Bond Blu-ray Steelbook editions (which turned out to be not as exclusive as many people were fearing), and a non-steel Bond released on the same day.
Want to see the difference for yourself? Here's a thread from avsforum that shows comparison pics between the DVD and Blu-ray editions of all 3 of the new Classic Bond releases:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?p=16146856
Blu-ray titles discussed in this edition:
James Bond - Goldfinger Steelbook
James Bond - Moonraker Steelbook
James Bond - Die Another Day Steelbook
Never Say Never Again
Some New Toys
Last of the update videos for now, as I show some new "toys" I got for my computer. Well, maybe not TOYS, per se, but pretty darn useful.
Also a bit of a heads up as to what's coming up in the next few videos, what's going on with the podcast, and just general updates.
DVD Update - Cube, Rec, Dragons, Ghostbusters and a game!
Part 2 of the DVD update, and I slip a new game into the mix as well.
DVDs and Game discussed in this edition:
Cube
Rec
Dragons - Fire and Ice
The Real Ghostbusters - Complete Series Collection
Resistance 2
DVD Update - Howard, Kitty, Girl Cops, A Funeral, Screams
Part 1 of the latest additions to our DVD Collection! Along with a few tidbits about Howard the Duck, my mom's aversion to horror movies, and the impending death of fullscreen.
DVDs discussed in this edition:
Kitty Foyle
Cagney and Lacey - The True Beginning
Death At a Funeral
Scream Trilogy
